1. Driving regulations
- The maximum nymber of persons alowed on each vehicle is listed in the vehicle registration certificate.
- No vehicle should be operated into the sand, on the beach, on dry lakes or off road.
2. Insurance
- With the third party liability insurance, the renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle owned by MOTO SPOT.
- CDW insurance is available at an additional charge.
- There is no insurance coverage of any kind when the driver is found to be driving under the influence of alcohol or any prohibited substance or there is a violation of the traffic regulations.
3. Traffic fines
- The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, damages to tires, interior and underbody of the vehicles.
4. Key loss
- Key loss is charged 140 euros.
